Located in downtown Summit, Fiorino Ristorante & Bar is a purveyor of fine Tuscan dining in a relaxed atmosphere, brought to you from the Bitici family and team.

Fiorino Ristorante opened in September 1995. Before John BITICI and the team made the trek across the Henry Hudson, John along with his 3 brothers, Sergio, Mike and Joe owned Minetta Tavern and The Grand Ticino in Greenwich Village, Chelsea Trattoria in Chelsea and The Gran Café Bitici & Toscana Ristorante in Midtown Manhattan.

Chef Carlos started working for the Bitici brothers in 1975. His passion and talent didn't go un-noticed, he worked his way up the ranks all while gaining experience under talented chefs from Northern Italy. Carlos became the head chef at Minetta Tavern in 1987. Chef Carlos creates beautiful interpretations of classic Tuscan dishes and old world techniques he likes to say are "so old they are new again.

Fiorino Ristorante's interior is warm, it reflects the clubby sensibilities of the surrounding area while also paying tribute to Siena & Florence, Tuscany's storied past. The multi-room restaurant offers the choice to observe passers-by in the glass storefront, or at the twenty seat mahogany bar boasting its presence in the middle of the restaurant, or in the main dining room where you can enjoy beautiful al fresco art and finally in the wine room surrounded by wine bottles on display in temperature controlled units behind mahogany and glass doors.
